Second Party: Alexander Taylor, gentleman of Ashbourne, Derbsyhire, and Thomas Allsopp, gentleman of Edlaston, Derbyshire [as Trustees of the will of William Smalley of Beeston].

Third Party: Rowland Okeover esquire, of Okeover, Staffordshire.

Fourth Party: George Ley, gentleman of Mathfield, Staffordshire.

In consideration of the sum of £300 paid to (1) by (3) at the direction of (2), and £11.13.6 paid to (1) by (2), and for 5 shillings paid to (1) by (4).

Premises as in Bn 42, to be held by (4) for the use of (3).

Recites indentures dated 5 Oct. 1692 (Bn 42-43), 24 Jun. 1696 (Bn 48-49), and 15-16 Sep 1707 (Bn 68-69).
