A messuage with all houses, buildings, gardens, lands, etc and appurtenances in Beeston; in the tenure of John Wilmote, husbandman of Beeston; which messuage and all appurtenances were lately received as a gift and feoffment from Edward Levis, but if Edward should marry before his death, then he should pay Christopher a yearly rent of 40 shillings from the profits of the messuage.
