For indemnifying (2) from all lands and securities in which he stands bound for the debts of (1), for raising money and discharging the debts in which (2) is bound and for the natural love and affection which (1) has for (2); premises as in Bn 68, to be held by (3) upon trust to the use of (1), and after his death to the use of (2); further agreement that (3) shall, by leasing mortgaging or selling part or parts of the premises as judged proper by (1) and (2), to raise such sums of money as necessary to discharge the debts of (1); (3) shall also allow (1) to take all the profits from the premises during his life.
