Lease for 6 months from (1) to (2) of the house in Beeston in which (1) lives, and all houses, buildings, gardens, etc and other apputenances, and all his messuages, cottages and farms in Beeston in the seperate holdings of John Smith, widow Elizabeth Aldridge and Joseph Marshall, with all appurtenances.
