In leases and releases between 1) Thomas Sharpe and Mary his wife and 2) William Levis and Samuel Smalley [Bn 54-55] his name was used as joint purchaser at the request and in trust for Thomas Levis and his heirs, and the consideration money was paid entirely by Thomas Levis and he has no claim or interest in the premises to his own use but only to the use and benefit of Thomas Levis.
