Covenant by (1) and his wife Mary to convey to (2) before 7 Apr., a moiety of a cottage in Beeston with all lands, etc, being part of Peirsons farm containing about 4 and a half oxgangs of land in Beeston, with all appurtenances, in the seperate tenures of Edward Attenborough, Thomas Austin and Thomas Frith; also 1 messuage, 1 croft, and 1 oxgang with appurtenances in the tenure of John Barker.
