Content DescriptionTestator: William Smalley, yeoman of Beeston, Nottinghamshire.

Gives Over Flatt Close, Nether Flatt Close and Middle Flatt Close to his youngest son Samuel, upon condition that the closes shall go to his eldest son William upon his payment of £150 to Samuel within the 12 months following their father's death; if Samuel dies before the money is payable, it shall go to his daughter Mary, who will hold the closes subject to the same conditions as Samuel.

Also gives £40 to Samuel, the rest of his lands to William, and the residue of his personal estate to Mary.

Memorandum that he gives his wife Anne one messuage and lands belonging to it, in possession on George Knight, for her life over and above her thirds out of his lands and real estate.

Executor: Anne Smalley, his wife.
