Lease and release from (1) to (2) of a messuage with appurtenances in Beeston in the tenure of William Wild, and all lands belonging to the messuage as expressed in indenture under hands and seals of Nicholas Ward and Margaret his wife; also a close of 5 acres at Loung Lands, in the tenure of William Wild, as expressed in writing under the hand and seal of John Constable.
