Feoffment from (1) to (2) of one cottage and one barn containing two bays of building, in Beeston, also the ground belonging to the cottage, being between the orchard of Nicholas James on the south, the common highway or town street of Beeston on the north, house end of Thomas Turpin on the east and lands of Richard Levis on the west, and in the tenure of Mary West, widow.

Consideration: £5 and 15 shillings.
