In consideration of the marriage between (1) and (3), occuring before 1 Apr.

Premises as in Bn 25, to be held by (2) to the use of (1) until her marriage, and after the marriage to the use of (3).

Signatures: Isabell Lacy (her mark).

Witnesses to the sealing and livery of seisin: William Babbington, Bartholomew Webster (his mark), William Welden, Robert Hyde, Richard Stringer, William [Lacy] (his mark).

Endorsement: Memorandum that Bartholomew Pearson 'attorned' tenant to John Fulwood the younger and gave him sixpence as proof of his 'attornment'.

Witnesses: Bartholomew Webster (his mark), Robert [Pilkeirton].
