Content Description | First Party: Rt Hon. Sir Richard Hampton, knight, Master of the Court of Wards and Liveries; and Sir Benjamin Rudyerd, Surveyor of the liveries, on behalf of the King.
Second Party: Robert Smalley, son and heir of William Smalley, deceased.
The lordships, manors, lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, and other hereditaments, with appurtenances which descended to (2) after the death of William Smalley; and (2) has delivered to (1) a schedule [attached] in which is specified all the lordships and manors, etc, and the yearly value of them.
And (2) covenants with (1) that if anything is omitted or undervalued, he shall pay to the King double one years value of all the land omitted or undervalued.
Includes schedule of lands.
