Bequeaths 3s 4d to the parish church of Beeston and the poor of Beeston; one lamb each to Henry Greggeand Mary Shrigley, and one lamb to Henry Chambers if he serves out his years; gives a 'brasse poott' [brass pot?] to Mary Selbey, and a 'strike of rye and another of peasse' to Richard Clarke; gives all his goods to his son Richard Levis.

Gives all his goods to his wife Elizabeth.

Executor: Richard Levis, son of testator.
