Content Description | Testator: Robert Topley, husbandman of Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
Bequeaths £20 in 4 payments to his son John; bequeaths all his lands in Beeston to his wife for her lifetime, and after her death to his daughter-in-law Margaret Topley for her lifetime and after her death to her son Anthony Topley and to his heirs for ever; if he dies without heirs, the land shall go to Elizabeth Topley, daughter of the aforementioned Margaret, and her heirs for ever.
Gives all his goods to his wife Elizabeth.
