Lease and release from (1) and (2) to (3), (4) and (5) of Foal Close and Barn Close in Beeston, Trent Close in Beeston and Chilwell or one of them, and Knowle Close in Chilwell, a croft in the Tuttle Brook Field in Beeston, 3 lands in Tuttle Brook Field lying between Stony Land Close and Brook Close, and 5 lands in the same field lying in Mortlands Furlong; being part of the lands conveyed as a jointure upon Charlotte Pemberton; to be held by (5) upon various trusts [specified].
Covenant by (1) to produce title deeds specified in schedule.
Recitals: Marriage settlement of John Plumptre esquire and Charlotte Pemberton dated 16-17 May 1788, and the Will of Richard Strey dated 23 Jun. 1796.
Consideration: £1815 and 6 shillings paid by (5) as an investment of part of the residue of the estate of Richard Strey and in accordance with the terms of the Will.
