Content Description | Testator: Mary Levis, spinster, of Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
Gives her cottage with appurtenances in Beeston, and all other cottages, lands, etc. in Beeston to Samuel Levis Robinson, son of her niece Sarah Robinson, and to his heirs, and if default to the heirs of the aforementioned Sarah Robinson.
Gives £180 each to her great-nieces Elizabeth and Ann Robinson when they reach the age of 21; these legacies to be kept by Matthew Stanfield, gentleman of Chilwell, Nottinghamshire and Thomas Hall, yeoman of Hoveringham, Nottinghamshire.
Directs that the aforementioned Matthew Stanfield and Thomas Hall shall receive the rents issues and profits of her estate until the person entitled to these attains the age of 21 years., and gives them £10 each for their trouble in the execution of the trusts vested in them; directs that they reimburse themselves for their costs from the trust money.
