Lease for a year [Bn 103] and mortgage [Bn 104-105] from (1) to (2) of premises listed in Bn 101-102, by way of mortgage to secure the repayment of £730 with interest.

Proviso that if (1) repays the full amount plus interest to (2) on or before the 12 Sep. 1736, then (2) will reconvey the property in question to (1) or to somebody nominated by (1).

Consideration: £730.

Wtnesses: William Yenn, William Dawson.

Endorsement: Memorandum that an interest rate of £4 and 10 shillings on £100 per annum has been accepted by the parties.

Documents are dated 11 and 12 September, 9 George II 1735.

Accompanied by a bond [Bn 106] dated 12 September 1735 from (1) to (2) in in the sum of £1400 for repayment of the debt.
