Content DescriptionThanks him for his kindness in organising the repair of his house; assures him that he only asked for what was necessary to stop the rain from coming in; mentions that Mr Drury [Druly] ordered that a fallen wall should be mended, but that this has not been done; asks how much rent the 'gentleman' has paid on his behalf as there seems to be some confusion.

Endorsed note that Mr Hely paid £22 10/- for 18 months rent.
