Content DescriptionDraws attention to the present difficulties at home and abroad and requires particular watchfulness over the 'Persons, Acsions, Meetings and Confederacies of such in that county who by their former practices and present sedisious temper shall give you first cause of suspicion' and orders that on the first cause of commotion the volunteer troops should be mustered; all dangers to the peace are to be reported either to the King or to the Duke of York while he remains in the north; 'given at our court at Sarum the 15th day of August in the 17th year of our reign 1665'.
