Adds in a postscript that Lord Manvers' tenants have been instructed to vote for Mr Houldsworth and Mr Knight.

Copy of statement from Mr Falkner; reports that Mr Foljambe will certainly be returned; says that the contest will be between Mr Houldsworth and Mr Knight; reports that the friends of Mr Knight are 'soliciting for plumpers', which is neither generous nor proper; has no doubt of Mr Houldsworth's return.
